- Cut the chicken meat into 6 equal pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Add flour and coat it evenly on chicken pieces.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry coated chicken till golden brown.
- Add in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Kara Coconut Cream and water.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sprigs of coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or pasta.
