THAI STYLE COCONUT RICE CAKE
Ingredients:
• 200gm glutinous rice flour
• 1 egg, beaten
• 50gm sugar
• 50ml water
• 50gm Kara Desiccated Coconut
Method:
  1. Add glutinous rice flour, sugar, beaten egg and Kara Desiccated Coconut in a bowl; mix well.
  2. Grease a small baking tray lightly and pour mixture into it.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC (350ºF) and bake for 20 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 30 minutes.
  4. Serve hot immediately or cold after 1 hour of refrigeration.
