- Place chicken meat, asparagus, spring onion, egg, salt, pepper and sesame oil in a mixing bowl; mix well and stuff paste into the chicken wings.
- Steam stuffed chicken wings for 6 min and deep fry till golden brown at 180 degree Celsius.
- Fold in chilli sauce and crushed nut into Kara coconut cream. Mix well and serve as a dip.
- Place chicken on a banana leaf and serve hot with coconut chilli sauce.
