STUFFED CHICKEN WING WITH COCONUT CHILLI SAUCE
Ingredients:
• 2 chicken wings (80gm each), cleaned, de-boned
• 50gm minced chicken meat
• 5gm asparagus, diced
• 2gm spring onion
• 25ml Chilli sauce
• 1gm Crushed nut
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 pinches fine salt
• 2 pinches white pepper
• Dashes sesame oil
• 1 Banana leaf, cut to desire shape
• 50ml Kara Coconut Cream
Method:
  1. Place chicken meat, asparagus, spring onion, egg, salt, pepper and sesame oil in a mixing bowl; mix well and stuff paste into the chicken wings.
  2. Steam stuffed chicken wings for 6 min and deep fry till golden brown at 180 degree Celsius.
  3. Fold in chilli sauce and crushed nut into Kara coconut cream. Mix well and serve as a dip.
  4. Place chicken on a banana leaf and serve hot with coconut chilli sauce.
