- Peel the tapioca and cut into 3” cubes.
- Add 2 litre of water in a pot and bring to the boil. Put tapioca in the pot and cook till texture is soft and translucent in appearance.
- Put tapioca in another pot; add Kara Cream of Coconut (sweetened), Kara Creamed Coconut (paste) and 2 table spoon of water; bring to the boil.
- Place tapioca on serving plate and pour sauce over.
