- Soak the red beans in warm water for 30 mins, cook them in a pot for 10 mins, then leave them in the pot for a further 10 mins to cool before draining away the water.
- Mix the chestnut powder with milk evenly, and then add Kara Classic Coconut Milk, sugar, and water.
- Cook over a gentle flame till the mixture solidifies, then add in the red beans.
- Turn off the fire and pour the mixture into a container.
- Chill and serve.
