RED BEAN COCONUT CAKE

Ingredients:
• 250gm red beans
• 50gm chestnut powder
• Pinches of sugar
• 200ml water
• 100ml milk
• 100ml Kara Classic Coconut Milk

Method:
  1. Soak the red beans in warm water for 30 mins, cook them in a pot for 10 mins, then leave them in the pot for a further 10 mins to cool before draining away the water.
  2. Mix the chestnut powder with milk evenly, and then add Kara Classic Coconut Milk, sugar, and water.
  3. Cook over a gentle flame till the mixture solidifies, then add in the red beans.
  4. Turn off the fire and pour the mixture into a container.
  5. Chill and serve.
