- Season pork loin with salt and pepper.
- Sandwich sliced cheddar cheese between 2 pieces of pork loin.
- Mix beaten eggs, water, Kara Coconut Cream Powder and flour in a bowl; coat pork loin with batter.
- Heat 2 table spoon of oil in a pan; fry pork loin on both sides till golden brown.
- Repeat the same procedure for the other 2 pieces of pork loin.
- Place some water in a pot and bring it to the boil. Add pasta in and boil till soft but firm. Coat with 25gm butter.
- Serve pork loin with hot pasta.
