PORK PICCATA WITH CHEESE
Ingredients:
• 4 slices thin pork loin
• 2 pieces sliced cheddar cheese
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 tbsp of oil
• 25gm butter
• Salt, a pinch
• Pepper, a pinch
• 200gm of pasta
• 50gm of plain flour
• 50ml of water
• 100gm Kara Coconut Cream Powder
Method:
  1. Season pork loin with salt and pepper.
  2. Sandwich sliced cheddar cheese between 2 pieces of pork loin.
  3. Mix beaten eggs, water, Kara Coconut Cream Powder and flour in a bowl; coat pork loin with batter.
  4. Heat 2 table spoon of oil in a pan; fry pork loin on both sides till golden brown.
  5. Repeat the same procedure for the other 2 pieces of pork loin.
  6. Place some water in a pot and bring it to the boil. Add pasta in and boil till soft but firm. Coat with 25gm butter.
  7. Serve pork loin with hot pasta.
