- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot. Add crushed garlic, shallot and ginger; stir fry lightly.
- Add pork cubes and continue frying. Add water and stew pork till tender.
- Add Kara Coconut Cream, Kara Creamed Coconut (paste), salt, pepper and bamboo shoot into pot. Bring to the boil.
- Add basil and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or cooked potatoes.
