- Blanch the snow pea, asparagus and long beans. Blanch the sirloin beef separately
- Heat up canola oil in a non-stick pan; stir fry all the pre-blanched items. Add in Kara Creamed Coconut (paste) and red curry paste and stir fry till fragrant; season with salt, sugar and pepper.
- Garnish with roasted cashew nut and iceberg lettuce; serve warm with rice.
