PHAD PHED BEEF WITH COCONUT FLAVOUR
Ingredients:
• 150gm sirloin beef, sliced
• 5gm asparagus, cut to desired shape
• 5gm snow pea, cut to desired shape
• 5gm long bean, cut to desired shape
• 5gm red curry paste
• 5ml canola oil
• 5gm roasted cashew nut
• 10gm chilled iceberg lettuce
• 2 pinches salt
• 2 pinches sugar
• 2 pinches black pepper crushed
• 50gm Kara Creamed Coconut (paste)
Method:
  1. Blanch the snow pea, asparagus and long beans. Blanch the sirloin beef separately
  2. Heat up canola oil in a non-stick pan; stir fry all the pre-blanched items. Add in Kara Creamed Coconut (paste) and red curry paste and stir fry till fragrant; season with salt, sugar and pepper.
  3. Garnish with roasted cashew nut and iceberg lettuce; serve warm with rice.
