- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in non-stick pan on medium heat. Pan-fry salmon until both sides are golden brown or until cooked.
- Put coconut cream and mixed herbs in a small pot; bring to the boil.
- Stir in salt, pepper, chicken stock powder and butter for flavoring; simmer until sauce thickens.
- Place salmon fillet on a serving plate and pour sauce over it.
- Serve immediately with potato, rice or pasta.
