SALMON WITH HERB CREAM SAUCE
Ingredients:
• 180gm fresh salmon (fillet cut)
• 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
• 1 tsp chicken stock powder
• 1 tbsp of oil
• 50gm unsalted butter
• Salt, a pinch
• Pepper, a pinch
• 2 tbsp Kara Coconut Cream
Method:
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in non-stick pan on medium heat. Pan-fry salmon until both sides are golden brown or until cooked.
  2. Put coconut cream and mixed herbs in a small pot; bring to the boil.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, chicken stock powder and butter for flavoring; simmer until sauce thickens.
  4. Place salmon fillet on a serving plate and pour sauce over it.
  5. Serve immediately with potato, rice or pasta.
