- Marinate mutton with coriander powder, sugar, tamarind pulp, lemongrass, galangal, onions and Kara Cream of Coconut (sweetened); mix well and bring to rest for 30 min.
- Place mutton cubes in satay sticks and grill to perfection with cooking oil.
- Serve hot with peanut sauce, cucumber and onion.
