MINCED CHICKEN COCONUT SOUP
Ingredients:
• 50gm minced Chicken
• 20gm glass noodle
• 5gm straw mushroom, cut into halves
• 5gm spring onion, cut length
• 5gm bean sprout (cleaned)
• 5gm oyster sauce
• 100ml water
• 5gm cooking oil
• 5gm fresh coriander
• 60ml Kara Coconut Cream
Method:
  1. Heat up cooking oil in a pot. Stir fry the minced chicken and garlic till fragrant.
  2. Add in water and the rest of the vegetables, oyster sauce and glass noodle; bring to the boil and simmer.
  3. Fold in Kara coconut cream to enhance the taste.
  4. Garnish with sprig of coriander
  5. Serve hot with rice.
