- Heat up cooking oil in a pot. Stir fry the minced chicken and garlic till fragrant.
- Add in water and the rest of the vegetables, oyster sauce and glass noodle; bring to the boil and simmer.
- Fold in Kara coconut cream to enhance the taste.
- Garnish with sprig of coriander
- Serve hot with rice.
