COD FISH WITH LEMON CREAM SAUCE
Ingredients:
• 120g cod fish (round cut)
• 25ml lemon juice
• 50gm unsalted butter
• 30ml water
• 1 tbsp of oil
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
• Salt, a pinch
• Pepper, a pinch
• 50gm Kara Coconut Cream Powder
Method:
  1. Season cod fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Pan-fry cod fish on medium heat until both sides are golden brown or until cooked. Place on serving plate.
  3. Add Kara Coconut Cream Powder, butter, lemon juice, water and chopped parsley in a bowl; mix well.
  4. Pour mixture in a pot and bring to the boil; cook until sauce thickens. Pour sauce over fish.
  5. Serve hot with boiled potato, rice or pasta.
