Ingredients:
• 120g cod fish (round cut)
• 25ml lemon juice
• 50gm unsalted butter
• 30ml water
• 1 tbsp of oil
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
• Salt, a pinch
• Pepper, a pinch
• 50gm Kara Coconut Cream Powder |

- Season cod fish with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan. Pan-fry cod fish on medium heat until both sides are golden brown or until cooked. Place on serving plate.
- Add Kara Coconut Cream Powder, butter, lemon juice, water and chopped parsley in a bowl; mix well.
- Pour mixture in a pot and bring to the boil; cook until sauce thickens. Pour sauce over fish.
- Serve hot with boiled potato, rice or pasta.
