TOMATO COCONUT BRAISED CHICKEN

Ingredients:
• 6 small potatoes, cubed, blanched
• 4 fresh tomatoes, cubed
• 20gm peeled garlic, finely chopped
• 80gm curry powder
• 20ml extra virgin olive oil
• 200ml Kara Coconut Cream

Method:
  1. 1. Heat up the pan with olive oil, sautéed garlic and cooked till fragrant.
  2. Add in potatoes and tomato cubes, followed by Kara Coconut Cream and curry powder.
  3. Cook over low fire until the potatoes and the tomato cubes are fairly soft.
  4. Serve as shown in the picture.
