HONEY DEW SAGO
Ingredients:
• 20g sago
• 25g sugar
• 150g water
• 2 pc pandan leaves
• 1 honey dew (cut into small cubes)
• Mint leave
• 250g Kara Coconut Cream
100ml Kara Cream of Coconut (sweetened)
Method:
  1. Put some water into a pot and bring to the boil. Stir in sago and cook till it looks translucent.
  2. Strained the sago and soak with cold water; chill in refrigerator for later use.
  3. Put water, sugar, and pandan leaves into a pot and bring to the boil.; stir in Kara Cream of Coconut (sweetened) and Kara Coconut Cream; chill the mixture
  4. Serve the honey dew with coconut mixture and crushed ice; garnish with mint leaves.
