- Put some water into a pot and bring to the boil. Stir in sago and cook till it looks translucent.
- Strained the sago and soak with cold water; chill in refrigerator for later use.
- Put water, sugar, and pandan leaves into a pot and bring to the boil.; stir in Kara Cream of Coconut (sweetened) and Kara Coconut Cream; chill the mixture
- Serve the honey dew with coconut mixture and crushed ice; garnish with mint leaves.
