- In a mixing bowl, add flour and water and knead until the mixture becomes soft dough.
- Separate the dough into 8 equal portions.
- Mix the peanut and sugar and spoon equally into each piece of dough. Shape them into small balls and set aside.
- In a sauce pot, add Kara Classic Coconut Milk to boil. Add pandan leaves and gula melaka and heat till sugar melts and syrup is boiling.
- Slowly add the balls into syrup.
- When balls rise to the top, they are ready to served
- Sprinkle Kara Desiccated Coconut on the glutinous rice balls and present as shown in picture.
