GLUTINOUS RICE BALLS IN COCONUT MILK
Ingredients:
• 60gm grounded peanut
• 500gm glutinous flour
• 250ml water (cooled. not cold, not hot)
• 50gm sugar
• 20gm Gula Melaka
• 1 bunch of pandan leaves
• 50gm Kara Desiccated Coconut
• 500ml Kara Classic Coconut Milk
Method:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add flour and water and knead until the mixture becomes soft dough.
  2. Separate the dough into 8 equal portions.
  3. Mix the peanut and sugar and spoon equally into each piece of dough. Shape them into small balls and set aside.
  4. In a sauce pot, add Kara Classic Coconut Milk to boil. Add pandan leaves and gula melaka and heat till sugar melts and syrup is boiling.
  5. Slowly add the balls into syrup.
  6. When balls rise to the top, they are ready to served
  7. Sprinkle Kara Desiccated Coconut on the glutinous rice balls and present as shown in picture.
