- Marinate the minced beef with onion, egg white, butter, leek, capers, fresh rosemary stalks, salt, grinded black pepper and roll into ball of 50gm each respectively. Rest for 30 min.
- Sear the meatballs with butter till cooked and deglaze with red wine. Set aside.
- German Meatball sauce: Bring the brown jus and Kara Classic Coconut Milk to boil and reduce. Add corn starch and check thickness consistency. Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper and monte with butter.
- Assemble: Pour over the sauce on the meatballs and present as shown in the picture.
