DRAGON FRUIT PUDDING
Ingredients:
• 1 large dragon fruit, peeled, cut and pureed
• 200gm sugar
• 13gm agar-agar powder
• 500ml of water
• 500ml Kara Coconut Cream
Method:
  1. Pour Kara coconut cream, water and sugar in a pan; bring to the boil.
  2. Add in pureed dragon fruit and cook.
  3. Pour in agar agar powder and stir well until it dissolves.
  4. Pour mixture into moulds and set in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  5. Serve chilled.

    Other fruit alternative: mango, strawberry, honey melon.
