- Pour Kara coconut cream, water and sugar in a pan; bring to the boil.
- Add in pureed dragon fruit and cook.
- Pour in agar agar powder and stir well until it dissolves.
- Pour mixture into moulds and set in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Serve chilled.
