- Marinate the chicken with egg, flour, salt, pepper and Kara Creamed Coconut (paste); set to rest for 30 min. Deep fry to golden brown at 180°c (350°F).
- Mix Kara Cream of Coconut (sweetened), mayonnaise and shredded coriander.
- Place chicken onto banana leaf and garnish with Kara Desiccated Coconut; serve hot with coconut mayo dip.
