- Put milk, whipped cream and Kara Coconut Cream in a pot and warm the mixture.
- Pour egg yolk and 30g sugar into the cream mixture and stir well.
- Strained mixture and pour it into ramekins.
- Preheat oven to 80°C (176°F) and bake for 45 minutes; chill in fridge.
- Put some sugar on top of crème Brulee and caramelize it.
- Garnish with fresh fruits before serving.
