COCONUT CREME BRULEE
Ingredients:
• 50g egg yolks
• 30g sugar
• 40g milk
• 120g whipped cream
• 50g sugar
• Fresh fruits
• 120ml Kara Coconut Cream
Method:
  1. Put milk, whipped cream and Kara Coconut Cream in a pot and warm the mixture.
  2. Pour egg yolk and 30g sugar into the cream mixture and stir well.
  3. Strained mixture and pour it into ramekins.
  4. Preheat oven to 80°C (176°F) and bake for 45 minutes; chill in fridge.
  5. Put some sugar on top of crème Brulee and caramelize it.
  6. Garnish with fresh fruits before serving.
