- Season the crayfish with Kara Creamed Coconut (paste), sea salt and white pepper.
- Grill crayfish with 10gm of butter till golden brown and bake to perfection at 180°c (350F) for 10 min.
- Cook the linguine pasta to al-dente.
- Heat up a non stick pan with the rest of the butter. Add in garlic, Kara coconut cream, whipped cream, pomodoro sauce and fresh mix herbs.
- Toss pasta in the sauce and serve hot with crayfish.
