BAKED CRAYFISH PASTA WITH COCONUT HERB POMODORO
Ingredients:
• 2 crayfish (80gm each)
• 200gm linguine Pasta
• 50gm pomodoro sauce
• 5gm fresh mix herb
• 20gm butter
• 50ml Kara coconut cream
• 50gm whipped cream
• 5gm garlic, minced
• 2 pinches sea salt
• 2 pinches white pepper
• 50g Kara Creamed Coconut (paste)
Method:
  1. Season the crayfish with Kara Creamed Coconut (paste), sea salt and white pepper.
  2. Grill crayfish with 10gm of butter till golden brown and bake to perfection at 180°c (350F) for 10 min.
  3. Cook the linguine pasta to al-dente.
  4. Heat up a non stick pan with the rest of the butter. Add in garlic, Kara coconut cream, whipped cream, pomodoro sauce and fresh mix herbs.
  5. Toss pasta in the sauce and serve hot with crayfish.
