COCONUT FLAVOURED BUN
Ingredients:
• 270gm flour
• Water
• 100ml Kara Classic Coconut Milk
Method:
  1. Boil the mixture of 70ml Kara Classic Coconut Milk and 30ml of water, then leave it to cool.
  2. Knead the flour and progressively add the mixture until a smooth and glossy texture is achieved.
  3. Wrap the dough using transparent wrap and leave to set for 20 mins.
  4. Place the dough in the bun shaped mould and steam for 5 to 8 mins.
  5. Pour moderately Kara Classic Coconut Milk over the buns and steam again for 10 to 12 mins.
  6. Remove and serve.
