- Boil the mixture of 70ml Kara Classic Coconut Milk and 30ml of water, then leave it to cool.
- Knead the flour and progressively add the mixture until a smooth and glossy texture is achieved.
- Wrap the dough using transparent wrap and leave to set for 20 mins.
- Place the dough in the bun shaped mould and steam for 5 to 8 mins.
- Pour moderately Kara Classic Coconut Milk over the buns and steam again for 10 to 12 mins.
- Remove and serve.
