- Put Kara Coconut Cream, whipped cream, milk and sugar in a pot and heat up the mixture.
- Mix the eggs and egg yolk together in a bowl. Pour half of the cream mixture into the egg mixture; stir well. Pour the mixture back into the balance of cream mixture in pot to re-boil again; strained the mixture.
- Cut the white bread into pieces and layer it onto a baking mould.
- Pour the pudding mixture into the mould to soak the bread.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 30-40mins.
- Sprinkle snow powder on top of it (optional); serve hot or cold.
