Chocolate Cake
- Put eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk it.
- Pour dark chocolate and butter into egg mixture and whisk until stiff.
- Fold in the sifted flour.
- Pour into baking mould; chill in fridge.
Coconut Semifreddo
- Place fresh cream and Kara Coconut Cream Powder in a pot and warm the mixture until the powder dissolves; leave to cool.
- Put sugar and egg yolks in a bowl and whisk till fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites till stiff and fold it into egg yolk mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk cream to soft peak and fold it into egg mixture; chill in fridge and use as required.
Assembly
- Preheat oven to 180°c (350F) and bake the chocolate cake for 10mins.
- Serve with Coconut Semifreddo and garnish with fresh fruits.
