Chocolate Brownie
- Add butter and sugar in a bowl, beat till light and fluffy. Pour in eggs slowly and beat lightly.
- In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder and chopped walnut together; add to beaten egg mixture and continue beating until batter is smooth and light.
- Pour mixture onto a baking tray and spread evenly.
- Preheat oven to 180°c (350F) and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Coconut Sauce
- Put Kara Coconut Cream, whipped cream and milk in a pot and bring to the boil.
- Add egg yolk in a bowl and whisk it; pour half of the cream mixture into the bowl and continue whisking.
- Combine cream & egg mixture into balance of cream mixture in pot.
- Cook until sauce thickens. Strain sauce before serving.
Assembly
- Place the chocolate brownie on a serving plate and pour the coconut sauce over it. Sprinkle peanuts on top of it; serve hot or cold.
