GRATINATED CAULIFLOWER & LEEK
Ingredients:
• 40 pcs cauliflower, cut floret, blanched
• 2 stalks leek, sliced
• 20g peeled garlic, finely chopped
• 100ml stock
• 50ml extra virgin olive oil
• 80g shredded Mozzarella cheese
• 50g corn flour
• 2 egg white
• Pinche of salt
• Pinches of grinded white pepper
• 200ml Kara Coconut Cream
Method:
  1. Heat up a pan with olive oil, sautéed the garlic, add in cauliflower and leek till fragrant. Add in Kara Coconut Cream and stock till boil. Thicken with corn flour and check thickness consistency. Fold in egg white and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese. Baked in the oven at 180ºC for 8 min.
  2. Present as shown in the picture.
