CHOCOLATE BANANA FRITTER
Ingredients:
• 2 large bananas
• 1 egg, beaten
• 200gm flour
• 1 tbsp of corn starch
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Chocolate sauce
• ½ litre cooking oil
• 100ml of water
• 200gm Kara Coconut Cream Powder
Method:
  1. Cut bananas into halves.
  2. Add flour, corn starch, baking powder and coconut cream powder, water and beaten eggs in a bowl; mix to a smooth batter.
  3. Heat oil in a wok.
  4. Coat bananas with batter; slide into wok and deep fry till golden brown.
  5. Place on serving plate and pour chocolate sauce over it.
