- Cut bananas into halves.
- Add flour, corn starch, baking powder and coconut cream powder, water and beaten eggs in a bowl; mix to a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Coat bananas with batter; slide into wok and deep fry till golden brown.
- Place on serving plate and pour chocolate sauce over it.
