- Using a small knife, make a deep slit down the back of king prawns. De-vein, wash and pat dry.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic, shallot, ginger, curry leaves, butter, egg, fish curry powder and Kara Cream of Coconut (sweetened) in a blender to make curry paste.
- Spread paste over back of king prawns and place them on a roasting sheet. Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF) and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve with rice, potatoes or salad.
