ANZAC BISCUITS
Ingredients:
• 100gm rolled oats
• 125gm plain flour
• 200gm sugar
• 120gm butter
• 15ml honey
• 15ml water
• 10gm bicarbonate of soda
• 150gm Kara Desiccated Coconut
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 180ºC.
  2. Mixed well the oats, flour, sugar and Kara Desiccated Coconut in a mixing bowl.
  3. Heat up a non stick pan with butter, honey and water in a low fire to mix evenly.
  4. When the butter is melted, fold in with the dry ingredients and bicarbonate soda.
  5. Scoop the mixture in round shapes onto greased oven tray and bake for 15 min.
  6. Present as shown in picture.
